Palamoor Education Fund

Palamoor Education Fund objective is to identify and support the deserving students/people for high= er studies, knowledge generation and sharing with Palamoor people. The fund ca= n be mobilized from various sources like local elites, donors and also from NRIs to fulfill the objective. The fund will be like a revolving fund to support various activities like pursuing higher studies, publishing books, conducting research on Palamoor issues, history and cultu= re, strengthening and improving standards in Government schools.

How it can be operat= ed

Palamoor Foundation wou= ld form a sub committee and it will be called as “Palamoor Education Committee” to identify the issues, scrutinizes the cases, finalizatio= n of TOR with the student/candidate. Foundation will open a separate bank accoun= t to access donations from donors, Philanthropists, NRIs and also from other sources. The organization will get income tax exemption from the income tax department. A separate ledger would be maintained; the = accounts are open to sponsorers = and also general public.

Who can access?=

This fund is available = to deserving students, youth to pursue their higher studies in India. Priority and need of t= he candidate is the criteria to support from the fund. Performance and economically backwardness also will be taken into consideration. Exceptiona= lly deserving cases will be decided by a Committee consist of three persons from Palamoor Foundation.

The process

1.&n= bsp; Pursuing higher studies
